This application enables you to create your own E.A.L Lotto databases. The best way to get the handle of this is to load existing E.A.L Lotto databases to see how data have been entered.

NOTE:
If you do decide to load an E.A.L Database and if that database contains any entries, then you will not be allowed to save any changes. This is to prevent complications that could arise.
